Start Up A-Z Christmas Policy 2024

Policy for Christmas:

December 24th to January 1st are non-working days for most of our office staff.

We will continue to carry out some urgent processing during this time, but our ability to process all tasks is reduced.

Processes that will continue:

• Post-processing for virtual office customers:

Post will continue to be processed as normal on Friday 27th and Monday 30th December 2024.

• ID verifications – We will continue to verify the identities of new clients so we can submit formations promptly after the Christmas break. This is with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

• Company formations customers:

Formations submitted after 1 pm on December the 23rd will not be processed until January 2nd. If your company formation is urgent, you should form directly with Companies House here:

https://www.gov.uk/set-up-limited-company.

Please note that Companies House processing times will most likely increase over Christmas.

Rest assured that any application submitted during this period will be processed in the new year as quickly as possible.
