Our Business Address Package, priced at £39.99 +VAT per calendar month or £359.99 +VAT annually, offers a comprehensive virtual office solution for your company. This package includes the provision of a Manchester-based virtual office address, which serves as a registered office and director service address for official company correspondence, as well as a place of business address for communication from clients and suppliers. Please note that this address is not intended to be used as your primary trading address. However, it is suitable for receiving business-related mail addressed to your business. Additionally, the package includes digital and postal mail forwarding services for up to 100 letters per month, as well as 30 minutes of monthly meeting room access at our central Manchester location.

Digital and Postal Mail Forwarding

  • If you have any requests for the usage of our address that fall outside of the listed examples, please contact us for further information. We will assess each request individually and provide written confirmation of any approved usage. In the absence of written confirmation, it should be assumed that permission for the requested usage has not been granted.​

  • This package includes the provision of digital and postal mail forwarding services for all statutory mail, as well as a maximum of 100 items of business-related mail per calendar month. This service allows for the use of our Manchester-based address for official company correspondence and as a place of business address for use by clients and suppliers. It should be noted that while our address can be used for various purposes, it is not to be used as a primary trading address. It is recommended that important business communications such as bank statements and invoices are directed to your designated trading or home address. Any excess mail above the allotted 100 business mail items included in this package will be returned to the sender after a period of two weeks. During this time, customers will have the opportunity to collect the mail from our address or have it forwarded for an additional fee.​

What is a Statutory Mail?​

  • Statutory mail is sent to your business by a government entity such as HMRC, Companies House or any of the below:​

  • HMRC

  • ONS (Office for National Statistics)

  • ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office)

  • DWP (Department for Work & Pensions)

  • IPO (Intellectual Property Office)

  • Government Gateway Letters

  • Insolvency Service

  • Office for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy

  • Ministry of Justice

 

All items of statutory mail are digitally forwarded weekly to your designated email address. There will also be a copy available as a backup in your Business Support Club account.

Mail Pick Up Service

A weekly mail pickup service is also available, with appointments that must be scheduled in advance by phone or email, and a valid photo ID must be presented upon collection. Any excess mail above the included five business-related items will be returned to sender after two weeks, with the option to collect the mail in person or have it forwarded for an additional fee. Our weekly mail pickup appointments are generally scheduled on Fridays between 11am and 2pm. You must call before 5pm Thursday to arrange a collection.

Meeting Room

This package includes 30 minutes once monthly free use of our central Manchester meeting room, located at your registered address. This is always subject to availability and should be booked as far in advance as possible.
